Jimbocho is filled with book stores #Tokyo

A quick lunch at home! I had one egg and I thought hmm 🤔 what to do? First of all, bread! I remembered the 30 crumpets in my freezer (courtesy of @lmallows ) so I grabbed one and toasted it. Meanwhile, fried up tomatoes, spinach, garlic, chilli and smoked paprika. Scooped this juicy spicy smoky mix on top of the crumpet, added a dollop of yoghurt, poached egg, seasoning, DONE! 🤩 Yum yum yum! And that yolk was 🥰 The only problem is I was sad from eating it too quickly.

You can enjoy this special menu at Hotel Koe until June 16th (Sunday)! It's a collaboration with Sumika, which I thought was a lifestyle store or something but apparently is a band of 4 guys 🤷🏽‍♀️ Most importantly, the teriyaki chicken was tasty, succulent and not too sweet, and went well with the fig and avocado salad! Taco rice also available - more avocado 🙌 And there are virgin mojito cocktails which are very colourful and flowery and may be of interest...
